Hip Thrust for 5 at 365lbs, D.B. Deficit Reverse lunges 2x6 at 80 (160), and Kettle bell box jumps at 3x3 at 70lbs trying not to fall. LOL So I almost had a hip injury today. 😓 Every bench was taken and had to improvise on a box that was a little too tall for my back to stabilize. Thank goodness for the art of safe sets. I had to call it due to a slight impingement then did more leg things, which helped my hip feel better. 🤗😅💯
