Always get it right on the beat 💃🏾🍑💃🏾🍑
😂 dying at the commentary.
I love that I’ve lost so many followers lately, honestly because those weren’t my people.
My type of people live a life of self expression, play, and fun. And usually have more smile wrinkles than frown wrinkles. 😜
I’ve been figuring out who to be, how to act and all that other crap on social media.
I’ve come to accept that I live life in a sports bra and limited pants, I twerk because I can, I pole dance because it is one of the most challenging things my body and mind have done in a long time and I still at times am going to give a fuck about what the internet thinks of me.
But my bills are paid, my pockets are full, my booty is growing, I’m carefree and I’m ME 🦄🙋🏽♀️💁🏽♀️ #unfollowme .
Had to share @sarah.polerina amazing choreography 😻 I love it so much!
Her classes are always fun and full of other like minded vixens #expressyourself#hatersdontpaymybills

The exercise was named in the 1930s for American physiologist Royal H. Burpee, who developed the burpee test.
This burpee gentleman earned a Ph.D. in applied physiology from Columbia University in 1940 and created the world renowned "burpee" exercise as part of his Ph.D. thesis.
He used it as a quick and simple way to assess fitness.
The exercise was popularized with United States Armed Services and they adopted it as a way to assess the fitness level of recruits prior to World War II..
Consisting of a series of the exercises performed in rapid succession, the test was meant to be a quick measure of agility, coordination, and strength..

Back health is super important.... Try out this foam rolling routine to remote mobility. You can apply more pressure down through your body into the roller for a more intense stretch or bend your knees up to take the pressure off the area if you are feeling more sensitive.
I've struggled with back injury and misalignment and this stretch always work wonders
