Not all flip flops are made the same way, there are literally hundreds of different styles and designs to choose from. Take a good look at your flop-flops, some are made out of virtually nothing whilst others are very bulky. .

A common brand like havaianas is essentially a flat piece of rubber whilst a Birkenstock has a dense contoured cork sole. The amount of material that the sole is made out can vary considerably amongst brands. Some people refer to this as the level of support in a shoe. The amount of this support people actually need can vary considerably from person to person. .

The very thin soles are often blamed for more serious pain and injury in the body unfairly. A well-conditioned active person may be fine to wear havaianas whilst a heavier, sedentary individual may need something entirely different. We are all unique and often our footwear choices need to suit our individual needs. There is no one size fits all approach.

No landmine press vids - but it was close grip up to 90lbs for the top set. If you haven't tried them - they don't just hit your chest, delts & tris - but also your rectus abdominus, lower back & lats.

Worked up to a couple of singles at 285 and then braved a double at the end..BUT wait, there's more!™
.
Just had to have my malnutritioned, protein-deficient, vegan self, test at least a single at 315, which was a dirty grind, but got it! 💪

Pain free, so super happy about that 😁

❗️Labrum Rehab❗️Here’s a workout from the visit following the post a few days back.

Similar exercises with minor tweaks to provide some variance with an appropriate challenge.

1️⃣Landmine Press- is a great way to introduce pressing because it is a hybrid of open and closed chain. Allows for free scap motion. I increased here load on this visit.
.
2️⃣Suspension Rows- are another way to introduce a non-threatening pulling load.
.
3️⃣SL PNF- as I said before I put just about everyone in SL Stance, this works coordination as well as the posterior shoulder.
.
4️⃣Walkovers- are a great way to work shoulder , core and scapular stability.

💪Banded dumbbell press for rotator cuff strength, more⬇️ #theextra10 💯I strongly recommend making an effort at least once a workout to target your rotator cuff
✅Improved rotator cuff development will help prevent injury, lead to better technique, assist in all around strength gains
✅Banded dumbbell press=great way to get the rotator firing through a range of motion, it also hits your pecs, tris, and delts, but most importantly it teaches your rotator cuff muscles to cooperate with these larger muscles in an effective, smooth, and stable manner to allow for maximum strength 🚨Perform this exercise with relatively light weight and high reps. The rotator cuff muscles are small and will fatigue before your chest and tris. When this happens they will disengage and when they are disengaged they’re at risk of being damaged or torn. So use a comfortable weight and perform slow and controlled reps

I veckans #fredagsfysförefredagsmys-film visar jag dig ett triset från Lassebacksgymmet för 3 högt prioriterade kroppsdelar - rumpa/lår, core, rygg/baksida axlar. Funkar vid vilket räcke som helst i lämplig höjd (ca 1 meter), måste alltså inte vara av trä även om rubriken blir roligare då..🤪 Lycka till om du testar och hoppas du får en fantastisk fredag!💋/A
