Summer! Well, nearly there. I've been struggling a bit these past couple of weeks with eating healthy. It's super on and off. I do well for days then I binge and get frustrated with myself for ruining it all. It's been a process. I'm trying to do better and look forward to ending June strong. Anyways, I've been rearranging a few things on the blog and I'm happy to say it'll be up and active in a couple of days. Excited to get this journey back on track; only clear skies from here 🌞

I read somewhere today that going to the gym for a couple hours a day isn’t real, eating on a strict diet isn’t real or learning and growing on your own isn’t real.

As I read that I sort of laughed bc I’m wondering how it isn’t real?
.
If you claim to not have enough time to go to the gym, then wake up earlier. You’re goin to eat for success. And you sure as fuck can do anything alone!
.
If you want something, you’re going to do what it takes to get it.

If you're a Natural Athlete, whether its bodybuilding, powerlifting etc. It is important to realize that some people are going to cheat and pretend theyre natural. Which provokes self esteem issues, when you train just as hard with results that are not even comparable. It can be disheartening, but if you have the mindset that you're pushing forward without cheating. Then your tenacity and perseverance will send you to new heights with your confidence. I use to get depressed because i would never get that large. But then you lose sight of all the hard work you already put in. We have truly taken the hardest path possible, and in that you should respect that choice. Because that means you're one tough S.O.B! -

I hear in many of the healing sessions with others. “Love” I respond.
We have many beliefs and stories attached to this idea that we are not already connected to our purpose. Yet our purpose is to love and experience life and all the beautiful offerings. Purpose is to go within curiously discovering the depths of this love. Activating all of the beautiful medicines we carry in this lifetime; growing through the challenges rising.
People often equate “purpose” with how they earn an income or that they need to become a healer and Pursue healing modalities......
The truth is your purpose is to step into your truth; loving all aspects of you. Expressing life through your heart space is your purpose. Show up as you are within this space.
Your purpose is not something outside of your to something to be obtained. It is within you and has never left. Your purpose is to celebrate all that you are. Share your light with the world as you dive into the depths of love for self.

Leg day is an important one for me. Honestly, I am not a fan of working upper body. But leg day? My favorite. I've been feeling a little weak lately (grr argh, lupus), so it helped to push myself and my limits.

For Natural Athletes Over Head press has a sticking point for Mesomorphs around 165lb. Today I Crushed my plateau, and pushed 175lb. I would like to thank "The Standing Arnold Press", as until I utilized its multi-faceted movements and the Core strength that comes with it. I struggled with this particular exercise until NOW. Progressive over load is better than Ecstasy, and a lot is coming on the Horizon for this Iron Addict!!
