Other than the fact that my stethoscope went from plastic toy to real, I think I have made some small changes in the past year. Squatting daily has drastically improved the size of my legs, but I also see some subtle lat growth.

Not much else has changed between these two photos, bodybuilding-wise. My calories are approximately the same and my lifting split is approximately the same. Well, I guess I’m paler too, haha.

But real talk, my goal is to maybe gain around 0.5 to 1 pound per year moving forward. Since I’ve been lifting for about 8 years now, it’s highly unlikely I’d be able to achieve more than this, no matter how hard I decided to bulk. Unless I started steroids, of course, which isn’t happening.🤷🏻‍♂️

Drove to Napa to babysit this morning... not such a bad gig I KNOW. But it did make me realize that I am totally not used to waking up at 6 am. I did eat two of these with breakfast though- so I am feeling pretty alive now. .

I LOVE DESSERT. Always have been a huge sweet tooth, but when you can make it some what good for you and taste good- there might be magic involved. .

CASHEWWWW COOKIES: OG recipe can be found on @avokween page, 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter, 1/4 cup @kweenandco granola butter, 1tbsp @fourthandheart Ghee, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 @vitalfarms Egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, @hukitchen cashew butter chocolate chopped up, salt, and vanilla. Use a tbsp sized ball and bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
