Starting today on another round of fasting. Spent the past week stressed out and binging like crazy (like 3 pizzas crazy 😖) my body is extremely upset with me, putting me through belly aches, fatigue, headaches, and bloating. Fasting always gets me feeling like I've restarted my body, and was what originally kickstarted me on my path to greater health. I just have to be sure that I'm listening to what I need. Don't push yourself too hard, but allow for yourself to be challenged.
What I permit during my fasts-
Apple Cider or White Vinegar/pickle juice/ occasionally even pickles if not a serious fast.
Black Coffee/ Green or Plain Tea
Flax Seeds/Chia Seeds/ Oats
Soup Broths or Vegetable Broth.
Coconut Oil/ milk/ other Dairy Free Organic Milk.
Occasionally: Apples or Applesauce/Bananas/ Celery/ Carrots/ Lettuce
