Ur back is going to determine how ur entire upper body stands out. T-Bar rows, seated rows, bent-over rows, lat pull-downs, pull ups.. all staple exercises I've used for back. A lot of ppl just starting out look at popular physiques on Instagram and get discouraged. I been working out consistently for a little over 2 yrs. With being said, I know for sure it's just in ur head. I went to the gym and demanded results out of myself. Funny, no one expected me to look the way I look now. No one. I was the last person ppl would expect. Trust the timing and float along with ur process. A lot of trial n error is going to occur. Learn, try again, and repeat. The way I see it, the day is going to pass by anyway and very quickly.
