Adductor or groin strains are a common injury with athletes. These injuries are seen in sports that require a ton of changing in direction.

Weekly Calories are far more important than daily calories!
The most common mistake people make is they give up tracking their food intake when they have a 'bad day'. In this photo you can see I clearly over did it on my weekend but I still put the effort in to count all the crap I ate, and then made up for it on the Monday with a long cardio (football) session and eating less.

My weekly average was still a bit over but I certainly achieved a calorie deficit so would have lost a bit of weight (ideally fat). Keep this in mind next time you "fall off the wagon". Keep tracking, don't feel guilty, average out the calories. Good luck.

Q: How do you train Coach?
A: I can split my all training program in two big parts:
STRENGTH - heavy complex lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses etc) with barbells , dumbbells and kettlebells.
Gymnastics movements (pull-ups, chin-ups, rope climbing, dips, push-ups, muscle-ups etc).
CONDITIONING/ENDURANCE- sprints, long distance runs, sparring, pads training, bag work etc.

SPRINTS - what are the benefits .
We all know that sprints is one of the most efficient exercises that can burn fat ... but what other benefits can sprints do for us? If performed correctly, sprints can benefit our body by .
1️⃣improving heart health and insulin sensitivity
2️⃣increase endurance, speed, and power!
3️⃣builds strength
4️⃣burns fat
5️⃣creates mental toughness, reduces stress, improves mood .

There are so many other benefits but I picked out a few that might interest you. You don’t have to be an athlete to do this type of exercise! Adding sprints into your workouts is great for all fitness levels... just make sure you practice and take your time to perform sprints correctly (it can target several muscle groups when done correctly) Whenever I train outdoors with my homie (@tbrown_2wavey) I make sure he checks my form when I sprint and have him correct me when needed 💪🏼 | If you haven’t added sprints into your workouts now is the time to do that!
