Try circuit training ! Try integrating weight exercises and cardio !
No only does it help strip down your fat % but it also helps maintain your muscle mass giving that your still lifting as heavy as you can!
On this particular circuit I did 7 exercises ( wouldn’t recommend you do more ) and I would rest for 90 seconds after completing each exercise.Then I would repeat. 3 sets all together.
Progression is to add more weight and reduce the rest time.
