At a different gym since my sister is away on a business trip and I can’t mooch off of her membership. Anyways today’s shoulder workout went really well! My form has gotten better and I ended up leaving the gym extremely satisfied with myself. I definitely felt that gym high tonight. Tomorrow morning @exjohntran and I are going to hit legs before work 😅👍🏾 wish me luck!
Hmmm legs a couple of hours before work.... I hope I don’t die. Anyways I got a lot better about not locking my knees on the leg press! Yaaas! Also don’t judge my messed up laces, my dog bit into them. I also like to add the stair master just to give everything one last push and stretch before leaving for the day. Legs was a success! 🤗
Didn’t take many videos just because we were rushing like crazy to get our workout in before the gym closed. Again, I hate arms but I made it through. I didn’t like rushing so I need to give myself more time. I discovered there are classes at the gym 😁 so guess who is going to take kickboxing cardio ✋🏾, this girl. I realize the only time I will ever go through with cardio is by making it fun, thus the kickboxing classes. So I’m excited about that. Also added some pics of my dinner which was delish 👅 rice and chicken with a side salad!
This was from Monday night, since I missed a meal earlier on that day, I had to make it up and double it up.
To some people this might seem extreme but if you have a goal sometimes your behaviour will have to be extreme, it’s called commitment. I committed to gaining strength and muscle therefore I HAVE to eat a certain amount of calories per day. If I miss a meal, tough! I have to eat it anyway.
The lesson here, is to be better prepared but if it does not work out as planned be prepare to go a little extreme.
What lengths have you guys gone to achieve a goal? Be honest.
LEG DAY WITH MARK! Changed it up a bit and finally going into squats! Surprise surprise! He did much more than he used to do. Before his max was warm up to 135lbs for 1 set of 10s. Today we were able to warm up to 155lbs 5 set of 10s! BAM! 💪🔥💪🔥💪🔥. Squats
