Desk breakfast for today is overnight oats - slightly different recipe with less milk, more chia and added 0% fat Greek yoghurt. Topping is passion fruit (on account of Twiglet refusing to try it once I’d opened it 🙄), kiwi and blueberries. Has been a very busy weekend, being outout both nights so over on calories due to alcohol but have made good food choices. All part of it, isn't it? Life, oh life...etc etc.
Saw another pound go at the end of the week but it is probably clouded over by water retention from drinking all weekend at the mo. Ah well. I'll get there.
