A delicious and easy Vegan cherry and almond brownie recipe for you to try this weekend!
You’ll need: 80g vegan margarine (+ extra for greasing) 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 120g dark chocolate ½ tsp coffee granules 125g self-raising flour 70g ground almond 50g cocoa powder ¼ tsp baking powder 250g golden caster sugar 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract 70g glace cherry (rinsed and halved)

Step 1: Heat oven to 170 degrees. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. Combine the flaxseed with 6 tbsp water and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Melt the chocolate, margarine, coffee and 60ml water in a saucepan on a low heat. Leave to cool slightly. Step 3: Put the flour, almonds, cocoa, baking powder and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl and stir to remove any lumps.
Step 4: Mix the sugar into the chocolate mixture using a hand whisk. Beat well until smooth, ensuring all the sugar is dissolved. Then, stir in the flaxseed mixture and vanilla extract, the cherries and then the flour mixture. It should now be very thick.
Step 5: Stir until combined then pour into the prepared tin. Bake for 35-45 mins. To test if ready, push a skewer into the middle. It should come out clean with moist crumbs. Allow to cool in the tin completely then cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days! 😊

Tak ada dah lepak mamak nak makan roti, semua nak buat sendiri 😌

Bahan - bahan :
1 kg tepung gandum ( boleh gunakan apa² jenama )
1 ½ cawan air
1 biji telur
2 sudu makan garam
2 sudu makan gula
3 sudu makan susu pekat manis
2 sudu makan majerin yang di cairkan
Majerin secukup nya
Minyak masak secukup nya ( Resepi asal ini di sukat tanpa menggunakan sudu metrik jadi anggaran Qila sukatan nya begini jika kurang manis boleh di tambahkan kuantitinya ya )

Cara - cara :

1. Dalam mangkuk adunan, masukkan 1 cawan air, garam, gula, telur, susu pekat manis beserta majerin yang telah di cairkan. Gaul rata.

2. Setelah sebati, masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum agar kita senang untuk menguli nya.

3. Tekstur doh pada awal nya akan menjadi melekat-lekat di jari, teruskan menguli bagi mendapatkn tekstur doh yang tidak melekat di jari. Jika perlu tambah kan ½ cawan air agar kita dapat bentuk kan doh itu menjadi 1 bulatan besar. Sapukan sedikit minyak masak di telapak tangan semasa menguli. Jika adunan terlalu lembik masukkan sedikit sahaja tepung gandum supaya kita dapat bentukkan jadi doh.

4. Setelah mendapat tekstur doh yang tidak melekat di jari baru lah kita potong kan doh kepada bulatan yang lebih kecil.

5. Sediakan mangkuk adunan yang sudah di oleskan dengan majerin untuk letakkan doh. Bagi mengelakkan doh itu melekat antara satu sama lain, oleskan permukaan doh itu dengan majerin. Kebiasaan nya 1 kg tepung gandum akan dapat dalam 21 biji roti. Jari jemari kita comel, adunan ni Qila dapat 25 biji.

6. Rehatkan doh dalam beberapa jam sebelum kita tebar. Untuk tebar roti tangan harus di sapu dengan sedikit minyak. Goreng sehingga keperangan.
Boleh cecah dengan kuah kegemaran.
Qila suka cecah dengan asam pedas😋

I usually dont' drink coffee, but I have a major sweet tooth for COFFEE ICECREAM! There it is - Homemade Vegan Coffee Icecream....so easy to make!!! 🤗🤗🤗
You just need 2-3 cups of coconut milk; 1/2 cup coconut cream (optional, but it makes it more creamy); 1/2 cup coconut sugar (less or more depending on how sweet you like it); 1/4 cup instant coffee (ore less if you' re like me) and you can add some vanilla extract if you want. You blend everything and freeze or you can use an icecream machine, if you have one. Fluffy falafels 🌴🌱🌿
Being on holiday as a vegetarian isn't the easiest - pizza, salad, omelette, chips are usually the only options unless you seek out venues, which we often do. However a little kitchenette breaks up dining out all the time and means you can buy the lovely local produce at markets and have incredible easy flavoursome food whilst overlooking a view from the villa - bliss. When it comes to protein, hub and I get those jars of lentils and chickpeas. This holiday, adding a few chickpeas for bubs meals was quick and simple but we still had the whole jar to get through so we made falafels - not traditionally as you have to use what you have got, but bub loved his, nice little change for him too.

1. Fry an onion, chopped garlic and chilli.
2. Divide into two bowls, bub got about half a cup without the red flecks of chilli but the flavour was a nice background hint.
3. Add chickpeas proportionately to both as well as a bunch of coriander, stalks and all.
4. To bub's I added slices of pre-cooked new potatoes as to make them go further. And a couple to the adults one too.
5. Blitzed both mixtures with a hand blender. If too wet add a little flour. Add s+p to the grown up one.
6. Rolled in to little balls and coated in self raising flour - what we had, but makes them light and a nice crispy coating.
7. Cook in a pan until golden. Ideal with summer salad.

Fluffy Sooji (Semolina) Upma - A delicious savoury breakfast dish loaded with cashew nuts, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and ghee! 🌱🌴🌿🌻
Upma is so quick and easy to make. The important step is knowing how much water to add and staying alert when adding the Upma to the boiling water.
Remember, the quantity of water should be 3 times the quantity of Sooji. So for 1 cup Sooji, 3 cups water. Also remember to add the Sooji when the water is boiling well. Be careful and keep a distance because the Sooji will splutter at this stage.
Serves 2:
1. Dry roast 1 cup Sooji for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.
2. Put vegetable oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, grated ginger, dry red chillies, cashew nuts and Chana dal. Fry till cashews turn golden brown.
2. Add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry till onions turn translucent.
3. Add 3 cups water. Bring to a rolling boil.
4. When water is boiling well, add Sooji and stir until Sooji fluffs up and all the water evaporates.

Las sopas frías son una maravilla en verano... ¿Preparamos una riquísima vichyssoise para este fin de semana?
Ingredientes: nuestra olla OMEGA, 6 puerros, 3 patatas, 1 cebolleta, mantequilla, 150ml. de nata liquida para cocinar, aceite, sal, cebollino, perifollo. Preparación:

1.Limpia la cebolleta y los puerros. Pica todo y pon a pochar en una olla con la mantequilla y un chorrito de aceite.

2.Añade las patatas peladas y cascadas, sazona y rehoga a fuego muy suave. No deben coger color ni dorarse.

3.Verter el caldo y dejar cocer unos 15 minutos. (Se puede sustituir un tercio del caldo por la misma cantidad de leche). 4.Pasa por la batidora. Para que quede más fina es conveniente utilizar el colador chino o el pasapurés. No debe quedar muy espesa, dado que al enfriarse se espeserá más.

5.Añade la nata líquida mientras mezclas bien con una cuchara. Deja atemperar y mete en el frigorífico para que se enfríe bien.

6.A la hora de servir, espolvorear con cebollino y perifollo muy picado.

Uumm... tan sencillo y tan rico!

Teriyaki beef❤️
Cut the beef in slices, sear in a pan with vegetable oil- 1 min. Remove and leave to set.
Put natural cashews in pan and cook until lightly brown. Remove cashews.

Spaghetti Mushroom Aglio Olio
Estimasi Waktu 30 menit

Bahan : ​1⁄4  pack spaghetti
2 bawang putih besar, cacah halus
 ½ bawang bombay, iris tipis
6 jamur shiitake
2 cabai rawit
3 sdm minyak
1 pack unsalted butter
1 ½ sdt garam
 ½ sdt kaldu jamur
Sedikit merica & gula
Air untuk merebus

Cara :
Didihkan air, masukan sedikit minyak & garam. Sesudah mendidih masukan spaghetti.
Rebus hingga matang. (Cara tau matang harus dicoba), tiriskan.
Panaskan minyak, goreng cabai rawit utuh hingga agak kering (Hati2 ya karena meletek2) Angkat cabai.
Goreng bawang putih yg sudah di cacah halus hingga kecoklatan tp gak gosong. Sisihkan.
Tumis bawang bombay sampai layu kecoklatan, masukan jamur & rawit, masak hingga jamur layu.
Masukan unsalted butter, aduk rata.
Masukan spaghetti yg sudah matang, tambahkan garam, merica, kaldu & gula. Aduk rata.
Matikan api, campurkan gorengan bawang putih, aduk rata. Beres!

Ps : untuk nambah texture jamurnya dipotong beda2 hahaha. Setengah gede2 setengah krucil2 😄
