Today is my last day of work in Hong Kong 😢 so it's only fitting that I post this picture... What you see here is pan-fried dumplings. But not just any pan-fried dumplings, dumplings that are so good that you'd walk 20 min in the rain 22:00 at night just to taste them. 🥟
They're a favourite of my work colleagues and I'll always associate them with the friends I've made while working in Hong Kong. That's the amazing thing about food, it's capable of evoking wonderful memories! Do you have any specific foods that have memories linked to them? ❤️
Finally jumped on the booty band train & BOY DOES IT BURN🔥🍑🚂Played around with them a bit for glute activation before yesterday’s glute and hamstring-focused leg day. Let’s just say today I can’t sit without thinking about them😅.
I’ve seen tons of band brands floating around on Instagram, but I honestly just bought these on Amazon because they were cheaper, free shipping, & had good reviews. The main thing I looked for in a band was that it was thick and used a mixed cloth + spandex material versus those thinner 100% spandex bands that dig into your legs & annoyingly roll up. I’m using the larger band right now and then hopefully as I get stronger I’ll be able to work my way to the smaller one. I love the idea of them because I can bring them anywhere I go and get in a good resistance workout without a gym! I’m also really focusing on strengthening my glutes & hips because I have some structural hip issues that create some lower back pain.

For me, the chest had always lacked in terms of size and definition. And while I could Bench and crank out pushups like there’s no tomorrow, my shoulders were the body part that took over when I did my heavy lifting. .
In fact, that’s not uncommon in a lot of men who are trying to develop better looking pecs. Instead of doing more heavy pressing, try finding different approaches that hit multiple angles and isolate the chest 👇
🦍DB Squeeze Press - Squeeze the weights together we hard as you can during the entire movement. This really isolates the chest. At the end of your set, three in some partials for a great pump . Try 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps .
🦍Cable Press/Fly Combo - I like this combo because you can easily control the tension and get a great range of motion. Squeeze the muscles as hard as you can for a killer pump. Try sets of 10 then a max set of flys.

This workout was totally AWESOME!! You canNOT go wrong with lifting and HIIT...and in the same workout!! And the best part...only took 40 mins to get a complete sweat sesh in👊🏼 Muscles were tight. Muscles were sore. Body was soaked. Energy level was THROUGH THE ROOF!
