You should train 5 days a week. If you only have an hour a day you need to maximize your output, wear sweats, minimize your break time, choose a weight to rep resistance ratio with weights that pushes muscles to failure with every set, and prep your meals weekly. #flexfriday - had no gas to hit shoulder day hard this morning. Felt flat af, only had half scoop of my pwo available....this cut is killing my soul but I’m seeing results gradually, so I’m gonna have to stick to it. 😭😭😭🤷🏻♂️ Got a few good workouts in at the end, so I guess this morning sesh wasn’t a complete waste.
