So ill admit that I should have worked out on Saturday but I conveniently didnโ€™t....shame on me! I will catch up with that class at some point over the next 3 weeks - I promise

Today was HIIT circuits and 3 rounds of the following:
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป15 press ups
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป 15 hamstring hops on each leg
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป1 minute running man
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป15 pliรฉ jump squats
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป15 v sit ups
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป10 one legged burpees on each leg ๐Ÿ˜ˆ (I couldnโ€™t do 10, think I managed 8 on each leg)

All of that makes the sweaty mess thatโ€™s collapsed on the floor in the photo above

For those who find forearms isolation exercises boring (like myself๐Ÿ˜‚) must definitely try this for them extra gains๐Ÿ’ฏ
I do this exercise with high volume and switch it up with dumbbells every now and then.

The most basic and one of the best for your back workout sessions.๐Ÿ‘Š
I usually start and end my workouts with pull-ups. Because it's become considerably easier....don't worry if it's not that easy for you.....keep going hard in the gym evryday and it'll become easy for you too๐Ÿ™Œ.
Try to do as many as possible for the best effect for your back workout.

Rowing is one of my favorite exercises for my back workout sessions. It's perfect to add the extra thickness you want ๐Ÿ’ฏ
I usually prefer to go high volume on rows and so should you.
Dnt worry about your perfect form when the weights get hard and heavy. Just make sure you have a few seats of light weight good form left Aftr the heavy sets.
