Yup, definitely feeling the Sweaty Mess workout I did yesterday @theplayground.fit! So glad I could squeeze in a visit before the long drive back to JB. .
Also I’m loving my little berry outfit! It was a happy coincidence and I had a face the same colour to match it after the workout. 😂 .

Real talk - your mental health always comes first.
I've been VERY inactive with my social media and planning the launch of my business. To be fair, there has been a lot going on in my personal life and I needed some time away, and I am happy to have acknowledged that.
If there is one thing I will preach and will always be apart of my legacy is that your mental health should ALWAYS come first. And one thing I am still learning to do is let myself slow down. Mentally, I was pushing myself to a burnout. Luckily, having been in that situation before , I know when enough is enough and the warning signs were all there. And funnily enough, I fell sick on Monday night, which has given me time bed ridden where I could purely reflect on different aspects of my life - my relationships, work/life balance, training load, diet, social life, etc.
After many hours of tedious thinking, I have set new goals, not only for my mental and physical health, but for my work, relationships, and lastly my business. I look forward to showing you all what I have instore and planned for the future.
Thankyou for bearing with me and hopefully should have some epic content coming for you all.
