Not gonna lie... the beginning of this year had me feeling STUCK, like I'm a FRAUD, and like I'll NEVER be successful at anything. Have you ever felt those things? 🤷‍♀️

At this time last year I was in a great place and all that slowly went downhill when I started "trying other things". Why do we do that to ourselves? Like hey this is what helped me lose 40 pounds and keep it off but lets try other stuff anyways. 🤦‍♀️
.
Some of the weight slowly crept back on, depression/anxiety slowly crept back in, old habits came back and my new habits disappeared, and I let my limiting beliefs get in the way. 😱
.
I honestly didn't even know I had let myself get to this point until I decided to work more on my MINDSET again. Because now, we have an entire course focused on nutrition and mindset that I'm able to offer. And it has changed my entire life in just ONE week. 🙊
.
Emotional eating is disappearing for the first time ever, I have already lost 4.4 pounds (while enjoying pizza TWICE this past week, camping all weekend and eating/drinking all the things, and only working out a few times... WHAT?!), I feel my happy and determined self coming back. 💃
.
And now I'm legit sitting here almost in tears because I cant believe the universe brought me what I needed and the exact time I needed it. I feel more FREE than ever. And now I am just here sharing that with the world. 😭

What you choose to eat for the first meal of the day has a big impact on your food choices for the rest of the day. If you’re starting off with nothing more than a bowl of cereal or a few pieces of toast, chances are you’re going to be ravenous soon after.

Why? Because meals that lack protein don’t do much for filling you up or keeping you full. Plus, protein helps balance blood sugar so you won’t experience an energy crash in the few hours after eating.

To avoid needing to frantically search for a snack or drink a fourth cup of coffee in those mid morning hours, make sure that your first meal is packed with a generous serving of protein.

I like to tell my clients to shoot for consuming at least 20 grams of protein for breakfast, and all of these options can be made to provide you with at least that much. Even better, all of these can be made ahead of time or whipped up in just a few minutes.

I’ve included options for both lighter and more filling meals, as well as for lower carb and higher carb choices. There’s really no right or wrong way to go about it, as what you eat should be based on personal preference.

And while I don’t have the space to provide specific recipes, a quick Google search will provide you with a plethora to choose from.

Laser lipo
When the laser paddles are placed on the skin, the Class2, 3B laser beams penetrates the skin just deep enough to reach the layers of fat (9-13mm). When the light hits the fat cells, a rapid chain of events takes place. Firstly, pores form on the cells causing them to spill out. The water, Glycerol and fatty acids move into the interstitial space beneath the fatty layer in the skin. Then further water, fatty acids and Glycerol spill out. The adipocyte cells reduce in size. This disruption does not affect the neighbouring structures such as the skin, blood vessels or nerves. The lymphatic system then removes the fat through the liver and kidneys, where they are processed in the same way as fatty foods, the rest is passed out in the urine.

For clients with darker skin ( Fitzpatrick scale 3 - 6) we recommend 10 laser paddles. This will remove the possibility of hypopigmentation as the laser exposure time is only 10 - 20 minutes.

eu pensei muito antes de postar isso aqui, talvez por vergonha ou arrependimento, mas anyway.
a aproximadamente 1 ano eu desenvolvi distorção de imagem e independente do meu peso, eu nunca estava feliz.
cheguei a pesar 47kg (tenho 1,70) e mesmo assim tinha medo de comer. medo de sair de casa e furar a “dieta”, estava muito fraca, ja cheguei a desmaiar, e nunca estava bom.
teve 2 dias que mudaram a minha maneira de pensar: o 1° foi o dia que eu quebrei em uma corrida de 10km (amo correr) e me senti uma falha, porque eu sabia que era tudo minha culpa. O segundo foi em uma viagem, na qual tiraram uma foto minha de lado e eu me assustei.
não vou alongar muito a história. o ponto que quero chegar é que hoje eu entendo que saúde deve ser sempre a prioridade.
hoje eu vou no outback e peço salmão com legumes porque eu AMO e não por estética. hoje eu consigo correr muito mais. hoje eu não tenho medo de sair aproveitar (ontem mesmo almocei churrasco e jantei pizza).
talvez se eu não tivesse passado por isso, hoje eu não valorizaria muita coisa. não sei, nunca vou saber. não adianta ficar pensando no que poderia ter acontecido, mas hoje eu sei que pra frente só quero coisas boas 💚

Accidentally ate almost all my fat in one meal today. Goal is 38g of fat and I ate 29g of them in my first meal.

Got a cobb salad from @beachhutdeli with my mom, and it was tasty, but now I’ve got just 9g of fat left for the whole day. Pretty much no matter what else I eat, I’m bound to go over my fat goal for the day.
.
So, I’m just not stressing about it. I don’t want to eat only berries and chicken breast for the rest of the day just to not go over my fat target. Sometimes accidents happen and some errors aren’t worth fixing. I don’t have a show, I’m going on a family vacation. I’ll prioritize lean meats and more complex carb choices for the rest of the day, but I’m not going to worry about where my fat ends up so long as I’m at or under my calorie goal for the day.
.
There’s a time and a place to take your diet so seriously you’ll forgo all taste and ignore all levels of satiation just to hit your macro targets. I don’t think I’m there yet. If you think you are, go for it. That’s your decision to make. But, remember that.
.
You have choices when it comes to dieting and you can make things suck as much or as little as you choose to. Right now, for myself, on this day, it’s more worth it to me to just focus on the calories, so that’s what I’m going to do.

WHOA!! This is insane lol. I was there. This was me. The road wasn't easy. I struggled with supplements. I struggled with nutrition. I struggled with a yoyo diet (up and down in weight). But nobody couldn't tell me anything that was going to make quit or think otherwise of what I was trying to do and who I would become. I had all the confidence in the gym. No matter who was present I always told myself I can do this, I will do this. I was patient, I trusted the process and inspired many, many others along the way. I also received mentoring from others along the way. But no one would lift the weight for me. No one would eat and take the supplements for me. Don’t give up. It won't happen today, tomorrow or next week. But if you give up it will never happen. Everyone has different reasons.
