E pra galera que acompanha aqui os posts, eu não tenho postado muita coisa por que to focado em dar uma melhorada no meu físico pra ter uns resultados melhores nos meus treinos e por isso não tenho filmado muito e nem postado com frequência, mas esta em meu planos postar mais de algumas cenas legais dos treinos 🙏 .
Here are the stats for today’s walk 🙌 I took it slow because I honestly didn’t feel like jogging much less doing sprints so we enjoyed the walk with some light jogging 🏃♀️ and here you go 🙌 I know it’s not marathon numbers but it’s an accomplishment for me! Slowly you’ll see the progress. Don’t give up‼️ keep it up and you’ll see the finish line 🏁 even if you reach it crawling 😝 (update below)
This #nonscale victory is so important because those 3 miles I completed today is just half of the course I use to run as a teenager, almost everyday! In less then 1:30, I might add, there was a Blockbuster on the corner of 37/coral way n I BEGGED my parents for the 2 rentals at a time for 15$/mon 🤣 she said yes but that she would walk with me because come on a 14/15 yr running 🤷♀️ I use to always work out as a kid. (I didn’t want to be obese/ diabetic-it’s a thing in my family) but this was the firs time I was introduced to #freerunning to outside cardio and it was awesome ‼️ my mom walked and I would run 😊 i would run up a couple blocks and then back to check up/in with her. It became a thing we would eat dinner and go for our walk/run we’d rent 2 movies go home and watch them 💞 my mom was over weight but saw my desire to workout and she got up and walked with me just to teach me that fitness is important and instilled in my something I will love to pass on to my family ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
