This Top Body Challenge programme really helps me to keep regularity in my exercise routine. I know I have 5 trainings to do per week (2 cardio and 3 strength workout), usually all before the weekend (1 training per week day), but I like that I can catch up 1 or 2 sessions during the weekend in case I could not do them during the week. ~
