A day full of gems! We’ve been rendering in coloured pencils, watercolor and gouache today on the Illustration and Design for Jewellery UAL Artscom summer short course. We progress from pencil technical drawings in grey scale to freehand jewellery renderings in gouache and water colour and then focus on pulling those techniques together to illustrate our designs. It’s a change from the kind of teaching I do on the MA Design at CSM but nice to go back to basics with a lovely group of jewellery enthusiasts looking to build on their rendering techniques and design processes. 💫😊💍💎📐📏🖌
Swedish: Nya motiv i min shop!
English: New prints in my shop! This one is called "Can´t see the trees because of all the forests" what I mean by that is for me to know and for you to figure out. Moahahaha-moahahaha.
Since there was only a snippet in the tutorial I posted on youtube yesterday, here is the full version 💕 I wondered how did you like the gouache tutorial, should I do more with that avatar or is it irritating 🤔 any way thank you so much if you have watched it, it was an amazing motivation boost that it already has 15k+ views after one day 🤗 so happy you stick with me and @echolox who also did the great music in this (every ;D) video 😚 #gouache#drawingtutorial#painting#chibi#pink#illustration#drawing
Day 17, favorite holiday, Christmas. I know the thought of cold winter nights of the Christmas might seem relieving in this weather, but oh lord this heatwave decimates all creativity. I feel like there's not that many interesting holidays, so the decision was easy. Also as a food lover, it's an opportunity to experiment some new stuff and enjoy the dinnertable staples.
Pixie Art Inspiration (Gouache on a Paper - Marie-Helene de Taillac taken from book “Fashion Illustration by Laird Borrelli) “Gouache, body color, opaque watercolor, or gouache, is one type of watermedia, paint consisting of Natural pigment, water, a binding agent, and sometimes additional inert material.”

3 months ago today I found out I had to have surgery for the first time ever, to remove what turned out to be two benign lumps. I am so grateful to be healthy, to have healed so quickly and to have had the kindness and support of some lovely souls.
My doctor told me I healed super fast. Maybe it was due to the love and care I received; even from Georgina my little stray rabbit. 🤗 who also turned up a couple of days before. For those close to me and who know me well, will understand that I feel so much and appreciate the littlest gesture and intention ❤️🦋#emotions#gratitude
