So a few weeks back I treated myself to a nutri bullet ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Iโ€™ve not had loads of time to use it but Iโ€™m now trying to incorporate it into my morning routine

Iโ€™m still getting to grips with what to put in ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ Firstly I learnt that I can get over excited and put to much in it ๐Ÿ˜‚ at least one frozen ingredient makes for a good consistency ๐Ÿ‘Œ If it doesnโ€™t taste great honey is the answer ๐Ÿ˜also I love giving it a boost with nuts, goji berries, seeds or green powder.

So I did a instastory yesterday about how you canโ€™t out train a BAD DIET. But what did I mean by the term โ€œBAD DIETโ€ ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘€๐ŸŒ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ Tbh I havenโ€™t a right to call any diet BAD - as such! But what I was referring to is this constant battle I see people go through with restriction through the week and then binging over the weekend and over exercising to try โ€œlevel it out...โ€
๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ That to me is an example of not only a bad diet but a bad relationship with food! Which is probs the real reason for my post in the first place! You shouldnโ€™t be using exercise as a punishment for enjoying yourself or eating more higher calorie foods at the weekend!!๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ WAKE UP! You get one life - THIS IS IT!! If you want some cake bloody enjoy it!! Consistency with training and enjoying good whole calorie dense foods often will therefore mean when you do enjoy something abit more calorific ITS OK!

Also STOP CALLING IT A BLOODY TREAT - your not a dog!!!! Stop rewarding yourself with food for doing well ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Make fitness and healthy food a lifestyle and when you want some cake itโ€™s just another choice of food SIMPLE!!! Want any help DM me ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—
