Sitting outside on an eerily, quiet morning. I’m trying to enjoy my cup of coffee and get motivated before I go into the gym to try and complete Murph for the 7th time but this particular workout always has me feeling jittery and uneasy. Every time l’ve done this workout it’s been different too. The very first one was scaled back because I was new, then there was the time @silco literally had to hold my hand and drag me to the finish line, one year I joyfully skipped around completing each movement with ease with @aprilmunson l, I was pregnant one time and partnered with @aatkins415 , post post pregnancy I went to a gym I have never been inside before because @b_hall08 invited me... all times sucked. All times were hard. I think of the families left behind ALL THE TIMES I do this.
