Things I’ve realised in my 20s: 1. Anxiety doesn’t truly stop me from reaching my goals; it might take me the long way round but I still cross the finish line. 2. Love and live by your values- if you don’t know what your values are google and write them out ASAP! It will change your whole life. 3. Don’t give a fuck about what anyone else thinks about your diet (as long as you’re being safe)! It’s not really cool to pack your own dessert when your friends go to donut time... but I no longer care- i want to feel good long term not under short term peer pressure. 4. LEARN! Research everything and don’t rely on anyone else (not even 100% in doctors) as you are 100% your number 1 health advocate. 5. Be kind. Cliche yes- but kindness is timeless and helps those around you more than you’ll EVER know. Use manners, check in with your partner, friends and strangers. Give hugs. Use love language and smile. 💖🌻🦋 I have SO much to learn, I know nothing yet but I’m excited for the adventure. ♥️
