Returned from vacation and my fridge is pretty empty. I started experimenting with chickpeas and I found out that the the mixture of mashed chickpeas, salt, pepper, and mustard tastes just like tuna salad.

What you should be thinking about is the level of functioning in the activities of every day Life. That can serve as the motivation to keep you coming back for more.

Whatever weight loss goal you have when starting a fitness program, don't make it your only goal. Strive to feel better, to have more energy, to be less stressed. Notice the small things that exercise does for you quickly, rather than getting hung up on the narrow goal of the number on a scale.

With a goal of losing weight and enhancing health, exercise has to become a part of your life, not an afterthought.

端午連假整個16/8的飲食大亂!今天又重新開始啦🧐🧐
總結前三週的成果是體脂降1%(家用體脂計前後比較結果)體重少0.5公斤,總體而言,我很滿意😂這樣的方式真的很方便!速度稍微慢了點可能是因為我的運動量沒有像之前一樣瘋狂一週五天所導致的不過整體上我還算滿意☺️

pink pitaya pancakes (yields 7-8)
-3/4 cup (90g) flour
-1 tsp. pink pitaya powder (I used one from @unicornsuperfoods)
-1 tbsp. sugar / sweetener of choice
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1/4 cup (55g) applesauce
-1/2 cup (120mL) plant milk
whisk together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined, slightly lumpy. spoon batter onto a greased pan and cook on medium heat until bubbles appear, then flip onto the other side. pancakes are done when both sides are slightly browned; remove from heat and serve with your favorite toppings."
