Back to the Future is a 1985 film directed by Robert Zemeckis and produced by Steven Spielberg and by God is it great. This is movie is 80’s to the max, and I love it. The movie begins with a very unique way of introducing the character of Doc Brown, and then blasts off with an 80’s as hell sequence of the film’s protagonist Marty McFly riding a skateboard to the song “The Power of Love” by Huey Lewis and the News. Through the course of the movie, Marty accidently travels back in time to 1955, and messes up his parents first meeting each other. He also causes his young mother to fall madly in love with him. He must find a younger Doc Brown, get his parents together before it’s too late, and get back to the future. If you’re a fan of Rick and Morty (which I’ve never scene but whatever) you will love this movie. The hilariously intriguing story, the genuinely funny characters and the situations they’re put in, the memorable quotes and music, every single little thing in this movie is done with thought and passion. I have owned this movie for years on DVD and I had never seen it. I had no idea what I was missing out on. It is now one of my favorite movies, and you should definately go watch it. 10/10
HBDay 33 #loradelnerd ———————————————————————————
Back to the future is undoubtedly one of my favorite sagas and 2 days ago Michael J Fox celebrated the 33 years since the release of the first chapter with a picture in which we find Marty, Biff, Doc and Lorraine all together after so many years.
During that day the protagonists denied the rumors of a fourth episode of the saga.
