Today we had some errand after the park, and we were hungry afterwards. So, In-N-Out it was ! Protein cheese burger for me and a cup of ice cold #lemontea with #mangoaloe. I’m still on my meal plan but hey I got hungry! Guys we don’t have to starve to lose some pounds! Your body needs food every 2-3 hours ! Just try to make better choices ! .

My meals from today! I think it's safe to say I don't deprive myself! I eat over 2000 calories a day which is actually more than what my husband eats! .

Most people think you have to cut calories or certain food groups to lose weight and get results! But I believe and I am proof that you don't have to! It's all about eating the right types of food in the right amounts for your body! .

Yesterday’s meals;
LUNCH
Chicken, peppers, celery, spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese in a tomato sauce served with broccoli 🥦
SNACKS
2 Chicken slices spread with light cream cheese, small banana, coconut and vanilla yogurt and cherries 🍒
DINNER
Popped round to the grandparents for dinner. - 2 eggos waffles + @applegate chicken maple sausage - hale and hearty lemon chicken orzo soup
- cotton candy grapes
- garden salad + rosemary chicken
not 📷 : a chocolate cherry almond protein bar & coffee 💧: 50 oz 💭: eggos are obvi not the best choice but i don’t put any toppings on them and i bought an actual waffle maker so i can make healthier ones at home during meal prep going forward (you’ll still see the eggos all week tho soooo whatevs). the hale and hearty soup was very tasty but also way saltier than i like, it’s something i could see replicating at home though for the flavors. overall today was a good day and tomorrow i’ll strive to be better and drink more water! 💧

But this much is clear, by skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating. When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.

Kemaren nyobain bikin sukiyaki ala hokben soalnya aku & suami suka banget makan sukiyaki kalo lagi ke hokben💗Ternyata bikinnya ga sesusah yang selama ini aku bayangin😆Ini resepnya yaa siapa tau ada mau bikin juga😁

BEEF SUKIYAKI
.
Bahan:
400 gr daging sukiyaki,iris
1 bh bwg bombay,iris
2 btg daun bawang,potong kira2 3 cm
1 bks jamur
10 bh tahu putih, potong kotak
5 lbr sawi pth,iris
1 bks bihun korea
Kuah:
1200 ml air(aku pake air panas spy cepet)
100 ml kecap asin
50 ml mirin
50 ml sake
5 sdm gula pasir
2 bks dashi

1.Panaskan sedikit minyak,tumis daging sampai berubah warna
2.Tata bahan2 di pan (sawi pth,bihun korea,jamur,daging tumis,tahu pth,bwg bombay,bwg daun)
3.Campur semua bahan kuah,didihkan
4.Siram kuah ke atas sayur2an & daging yg sdh ditata di pan.Masak kembali hingga mendidih

I haven’t posted a #mealsoftheday in so long! Today was very busy and a bit stressful. I did not allow that to derail me from my goals. Food is always the hardest part of weight loss for me. I’m happy that I’m learning to resist junk food and enjoy healthy meals! Next week I will be meal prepping as my accountability group begins!
