Orange Chia Marmalade INGREDIENTS: 6 medium oranges, 4 tablespoons maple syrup, 3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 Peel then slice oranges
2 Cut the peel of one orange into small cubes or stripes 3 Set a medium saucepan over a medium heat and bring in the oranges, covered with water, to boil. Add the maple syrup. Cool for 5 minutes. 4 Place the cooked oranges in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. 5 Add the chia seeds and stir. Check the consistency - if thin, add a teaspoon of chia seeds. Keep in mind that the jam will continue to thicken as it cools. 6 Fill in a sterilized jar and let it cool before refrigerate.
