Ingredients - 1. Pork(medium size) - 250 gm. 2. 7-10 cloves of garlic. 3. Ginger. 4. 2 teaspoons oil. 5. Salt and chillies 6.Dhania powder, jeera powder 7. Coriander leaves Procedure - 1stly cut the pork into medium pieces of size and wash it. Then boil the pork for 5-6 whistles in a cooker.After that separates the pork from the boiling water and dry it in open air for some time. Then make a paste of garlic, ginger and chilly. And add oil on a frying pan. When oil is hot add onion and ginger garlic paste. Then add the pork and salt according to taste and fry it until it turn reddish brown colour. After that add little amount of boil water and cook it for 10-15 mns.At last add coriander leaves for garnishing.
