We were up at 4am this morning to take my family to the airport. Dad & daughter time, there having 4 days on the Gold Coast just them two. And im left at home with #lunathechihuahua so we were out walking this morning at 7am & it was glorious 🌞
Today’s 40 min workout was all about the back & biceps, with a little HIIT cardio, and abs!
Talk about a well rounded workout in under an hour & the best part, I didn’t have to include any drive time!
Being a busy mom, I am ALL about finding the best ways to make this healthy lifestyle work for ME and my schedule! It’s hard enough to make time but at least I can do it when it works for me. Being able to roll out of my bed and go into the next room makes it pretty darn handy! (Oh, & the fact that my trainer is pretty easy on the eyes helps too 😉😂 )
If going to the gym is your thing, then rock on 🤘🏻 but if you’re like me and just need something else, then try something new. You just might find that it is what you need.
