This is how I feel now that my race is done and all I want to do is ice my joints.
Every race theres a chance I won't get a medal and all I'll be walking away with is a free banana and that kind of makes me laugh.
The days and hours that go into training up to race day are insane but oh so worth it.
You best believe I took 2 bananas today too.... 🍌💛 But bananas are literally great when you're an athlete! The best pre workout snack and after workout as well!
Along with if your stomach hurts, if you're nauseous, if you have your period..headache.... you get the point. Bananas are magical 💛
