A Mandala for me is a meditational artwork combining sacred geometry and intention onto paper.
Noun: A circular figure representing the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism. In Jungian psychology a mandala as a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamer's search for completeness and self-unity
I can't quite remember when I started drawing these. When in Art School I remember loving pattern work, although my talent was in Realism Portraits which is funny looking back on it to now - where I am drawn to Portrait Photography and now Mandalas!
So satisfying something from nothing, and creating by hand. My creative process starts with a clear mind, meditation, comfy clothes, tea, divine chanelling and Meditative music.
Love this peice as it shines in the dark when it catches the light. Showcasing Simplicity and Divine Masculinity. ✨
With these posts I hope to inspire others to be adventurous and travel outside their bubbles. At the same time, I also like the idea of educating others about new cultures, ecosystems, etc. I believe that education and appreciation are both key elements to developing respect.
Ideally, I will be posting each day.
In addition to this, I would like my posts to go together in threes. For instance, these last three posts have featured New Zealand. However, the next three will target another location and so on and so forth. Likewise, I will also be posting pictures which are in, or near, my base. (Michigan). They might not be as interesting as the view from St. Paul’s Cathedral, but I like the idea of mixing local and foreign on this page. I apologize for most of my pictures being a little dated. As a college student, my travel funds are a bit limited. Luckily I will be off to Europe in a month and will be able to get some fresh angles.
For anyone who might be interested in having a picture featured on my page, I have been considering this for the future (hopefully my account will gain enough attention for others to actually what to share their pics)!
Finally, for anyone who has questions about my posts OR who is running an interest account like mine, don’t hesitate to shoot me a dm! I usually check this account once in the morning and once in afternoon or evening

I love how excited and competitive a group of grown adults get over the most trivial tasks! 😂
The childish laughter and visible enjoyment doesn’t surprise me though.
In the training environment, sitting down for long periods of time, trying to digest new and sometimes technical information is hard work.
The brain needs a rest with all that thinking. I call it “press and release”.
If as a trainer we keep “pressing” i.e churning through new training material, page after page we run the risk of burning out the brains of the participants 🤯
It’s hard coming back from that 😬
The solution...give your people a break. Think of creative ways to challenge and engage the team in a more lively/energetic way. If you can tie it into the training material even better!
In this photo, the challenge was to build a boat made of tinfoil, which had to float carrying a certain amount of weight. Simple. But effective!
If you respect the attention span and remember to press and release, then everyone will get more from your next training or conference 👍🏻
Big brother David and little brother Logan from our #Rotorua agency we’re part of a team which entered the HP 48 Hour Film Festival last month. They went along to the BOP finals this week and came away with second place! Awesome work guys! 🙌🏻
