Being in Leo season (& going into Virgo season) exposes the true self, like the sun at its highest, brightest point. Everything is revealed best in the light.
Through all of this chaos, you may not even have noticed that you are nearly unrecognizable from 1-2 months ago. An immunity has been built, just like our bodies do when they are exposed to so much sick, or for too long.
The body stops resisting and the virus gradually becomes super casual, & then suddenly you are feeling much better. Yes, we cough & spit & snot the shit we don’t need out, our system doesn’t want it, it’s not healthy or functional. But we’re better, & that immunity protects us more easily from harm until something new comes.
Your resiliency is being built, so different aspects of your character (Father of Pentacles: your ability to create prosperity in some form exactly when it is needed, & Father of Wands: your ability to remain self-aware & therefore better tailor your actions to the situation at hand), are shifting. Now that that’s done, it’s time to settle yourself in this place of being and get comfortable.

Get to know this feeling, pay close attention to yourself in the coming week—during conversation, when making decisions, when reacting to something that annoys you—the Pisces full moon will be a perfect time to reflect & release, & that’s when you’ll be will get closure.
Today’s training was a like a yin yang ☯️ Began my workout with deadlifts and couldn’t find the energy to finish the set. So, I thought about going home but decided I’d do leg press. Surprisingly hit a pb of three plates = 120kg !! Some days you feel great, some days you don’t, and that’s okay. Just keep moving forward 👊🏼🤙🏻 (Looking tired, I am🙃)
Finally started to put some weight on... through stressful circumstances I lost too much weight and just couldn't seem to put it back on. I tried to exercise once or twice but did not feel up to it and couldn't eat enough... but I'm determined now to start some training and get a healthy lifestyle back! 👊💪😘 exercise will start tomorrow lol 🤣
