Julio's yarn numero 13:
Finished Ikigai last week and really enjoying my challenge of completing a book between paychecks. I feel life is learning as much as you can from as many areas as possible. .
Biggest takeaways from the book for me personally is to slow down, do one thing at a time and do it right. Enforce routines and rituals in my daily, search for what drives me and try me best to include it daily. Stop worrying about the future or past, what's done is done and what will be, will be.
The more you focus on the now and what you should be doing in the present, the more clear your head tends to be. Free from distractions, and when I'm in a state like I'm far more positive and productive.

🎁 "If you want to be a stud later, you have to be a pud now." - sometimes you have to swallow your pride in what you do, be weak, be vulnerable, be at your worst. Cause at work yours the only way up is up! Grind now, get knocked down now, shine later. ☝️
