TRAUMA AND MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY |Just because you take vitamins/minerals, it doesn’t mean your body is absorbing/utilising them! Even if you currently take magnesium, please read this.

A person in fight/flight/freeze/survival mode 24/7 (result of trauma) uses up MASSIVE amounts of Magnesium. Most people (as we’ve ALL had trauma) are magnesium deficient and some experts say the average person is six months deficient!.

Minerals in water are assimilated better than minerals in food. Adrenal/kidney stress and dehydration create mineral deficiency, especially magnesium and zinc.

Magnesium is stored in our cells, bones and organs and is used daily in 300+ biochemical reactions in the body. It’s an antidote to stress and the most powerful relaxation mineral available (especially for muscles and brain).

Had to cut off a person last week for bringing stress when they were supposed to help relieve it. Like, I have gone through the wringer, I went against my relationship, out on a limb to help someone and all they did was bring stress & lies. And in all that.... Lasst uns kurz über Stress sprechen. Vielleicht kennt das der ein oder andere:
Mir gehts seit Wochen so ganz gut. Ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Dazu gehöre ich zu den glücklichen Menschen, die zumindest meistens gerne zur Arbeit gehen. Und dann war ich vor ein paar Tagen wegen Lapalien wütend, gestresst und genervt.
Ich war hinterher total erstaunt. Was war denn das? Ich meditiere schließlich seit Monaten täglich, beschäftige mich seit 6 Jahren mit persönlicher Weiterentwicklung, davon seit 2018 extrem intensiv. Und dann sowas. Für mich ein total überraschender Ausbruch.
Ich beobachte mich also die nächsten Tage aufmerksam und stelle fest: Ich bin seit Wochen genervt, gestresst, Das Sommerloch ist vorbei, die Arbeit wird unendlich viel mehr weil jeder aus dem Urlaub zurück ist, demzufolge werden meine Kollegen genervter etc.

Und ich sitze da und muss so lachen. 😆
Und sage zu mir selbst: Nein du Liebe, auch mit täglicher Meditation wirst du ab und an gestresst sein, das stellt sich nicht ein. Nein, auch für dich ist es generell schwierig wie ein entspannter Buddha über den Dingen zu schweben wenn Abgabefristen einzuhalten sind und ja, ein gehetzter 9-Stunden-Tag mit Arbeit für 11 bleibt auch mit täglicher Meditation scheiße anstrengend.
Das ist Leben. Und es ist so verdammt großartig! 🎉 Voller Wunder, toller neuer Menschen - gestern hab ich grade wieder einen so tollen neuen Menschen kennenlernen dürfen - großartiger Momente, Salat, Schokolade, Stress und Wut, Glück und Lachen.
In diesem Sinne - lasst uns den Stress nicht mehr negativ bewerten um ihn noch zusätzlich negativer zu belegen sondern ihn einfach als zugehörig akzeptieren und bald für Ausgleich sorgen. 🙏

Ich überlege heute göttlich schöne Einfälle - auch wenn sie kindisch sein werden. 😁

Wenn wir Ferien brauchen um uns zu erholen, dann läuft doch was schief, oder nicht?

Dasselbe mit Kuren, wir gehen eine Woche nach Nepal oder in die Kur, und erhoffen uns, dass wir danach weniger gestresst sind.

Sinnvoller ist es, sich in seinem Alltag "Ferienzeit" einzuplanen. Täglich eine Dosis Erholung. .
Wenn wir krank sind, bringen wir niemandem etwas. Und keiner wird sich um dich kümmern. Das Leben wird einfach an dir vorbei gehen.

Plane täglich deinen Spass, deine Erholungszeit in deinen Alltag ein. .
Das kann 30 Minuten über den Mittag sein, 40 Minuten am Abend, lesen, kochen, basteln etc. Egal was, aber du musst es bewusst geniessen.

Schreib es dir in deinen Terminplan ein. Morgen von 12.15 bis 12.45 ist Lesezeit. .

Feelings are so hard. It can feel good to express them, & then at the same time, maybe want to surpress them. Humans are emotional creatures. Everyone expresses it differently, & in times of high stress, its easy to portray yourself in a way you’d rather not. Take one moment to observe the emotions or resistance that arises when you say :
“My body is perfect “👌 “I love my body “
Now imagine yourself nude as a model in an arts class with 50 art students (100 eyes 👀) observing your naked body in detail 😱 How does this make you feel? Notice the sensations in your body , notice the projections? The judgments within and without. Notice how your every cell knows , feels , senses and perceives everything that is going on.
Notice what you are thinking.
What you think others are thinking about you right now.
(True or not). And everything that this brings up just acknowledge the feelings , sensations , vibes and say :
“This is not my truth, this is just an illusion I created to get in touch with the TRUTH”
and state : “the truth is I am divinity incarnated “
“The truth is I am what I am now choosing to accept and acknowledge that I AM “
“The truth is I AM perfection”
without judgments everything is just perfect as it IS !
