To say I needed this would be an understatement. After two weeks or more of sucking and only training once this entire week due to extreme elbow pain, today was definitely a confidence builder and gave me the motivation I need to finish this final week of prep strong. Followed this up with deadlifts that I will post later.

Not every meal has to be super fancy to be fulfilling as healthy. One of the biggest parts I see people struggle with is they think when they have to have a meal they need to spend time cooking it and make it fancy. If you have the time for that then that is terrific! For most people they fail to stick to a plan because of time. They need things convenient and NOW. Which starts the β€œI’ll start next week with my diet” or β€œOn Monday I’m going to start eating perfect.

This took about 10 minutes to whip up. 2 servings Rice/150g chicken breast/75g avocado with sriacha on top and 1.5 servings of organic spring mix with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. All of the components were made in advance and just had to be tossed into a couple Tupperware containers. Food prep is extremely vital in becoming successful.

I started doing legs 3x a week to hopefully improve there overall strength and size in addition to adding 200 calories to my daily intake. I do 2 different movements, 4 to 5 sets on each, to focus on quads at the end of chest and tricep day on Monday and then on Tuesday at the end of back and bicep day, I do 2 different movements, 4 to 5 sets each, focus being hamstrings, as well as and all out leg annihilation on Thursday. Hopefully, I can make these legs grow!
