42/80. So after last night’s workout, discovered that my bed was full of people and pets. I tried to make it work but after hours of laying in an uncomfortable position without covers, I decided to snag a blanket and hit the couch. I managed to sneak in maybe 2 hours before the kids woke up so I got them cereal, made a few calls to set appointments, then checked my email. I figured I could then sleep for a few more hours. No such luck! Forgot I had terminix coming out to deal with a wasp issue so then had to stay awake during that appointment. After that, I gave up on getting sleep and went about my day. Despite the lack of sleep and everything else that happened, I got my workout in. It’s getting easier to make it happen which may be partially due to the fact that my workout mat and weights have taken up permanent residence in the living room, lol. I also tend to combine my workout time with watching tv so I still get that feeling of having time to chill out. 🤷🏼♀️ Just got to do what works for you even if it’s a bit weird.
