Was outside all day today taking walks, napping and picnicking (kept it healthy and yummy). Unwinding a bit (relaxing after relaxing outside, lol) with some youtube videos and my last snack for the day. I used to eat a ton of olives. I would serve a bowl with probably like 30 of them. Did you know those little suckers have 45 cals per 4 olives? What even?! Well had my 4 little olive babies on an everything bagel with hummus. Really hit the spot for a savory treat. Also, I highly recommend @goodeatings for healthy food inspiration! Not only does she have tons of great meal ideas and offer A LOT of healthy eating inspiration but her videos are very beautiful as well. Give them a watch! Hope everyone had a great Thursday. :)

πŸ“£ Here it is ladies and gents, the results of my ~6 month bulk!
Not only has my body changed physically... it is so much more comfortable to live in!
In the past I’ve tolerated recurrent back and knee pain due to my prominent anterior pelvic tilt and poor ankle/hip mobility.
Visually, you can see just how much the alignment of my back and knees have changed, amongst other things!
So what’s next?? I’m super exciting to be moving into a cut phase. Training frequency is up to 6 days a week now with cardio and conditioning work. (Original back photo not shown due to poor choice in underwear πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ)

I contemplated not posting this but I feel like it needed to be said. The past two months have been difficult. I had to move, started a #newjob, gained back some #weight I had lost, and had to learn to #love myself again. Here's the thing we only get one #body in life and we have to love that one body. I'm tired of the #societal #expectations to be #ENOUGH. #Thin enough, #strong #enough, #smooth enough, #tan enough, and the list goes on. It's time to #embrace what makes up #imperfection. For it's within those imperfections that true #beauty lies. So here's to my #cellulite, #stretchmarks, #freckles, #rolls, and #ingrownhairs. All these things make me #uniquely Bonnie and she is #pretty #awesome.

I've ran into a few people who live day to day checking this thing & freaking out because either they see no weight change or define their progress on it. How do your jeans feel? How's your confidence? Have you physically measured your body? I personally check the scale every day but I will NOT let it determine my progress. I eat well & hit the gym as much as I can. The scale is just going to show you A NUMBER!! Get up, move more, and eat good. You're all too beautiful to let this damn thing run your life! ❀️
