Highlights of this week include farmers walk (225x55 ft), Max Bench (205 for 1ish), and Maxish Deadlift (365x3 didn’t go any higher cuz my back got pumped up with blood). Hi lovely fit friends so this is a picture of me in hospital yet again, my body has not been nice to me but it’s not why I’m in this time. I’m in for very complicated reasons, it has to do with addictive medication and withdrawal symptoms. It’s hard to explain but basically I came of medication in the wrong way and I had to be fixed because of it. It’s only 2 nights I get out soon, thankfully and when I do it’s kick ass time. Get my life in order, get my house wintered clean, get exercising and get ready for school!
Back to the @ausinstfitness to finish my Personal Training credentials! I can’t wait but I’m also scared I’ll get sick again but fingers crossed I’m through the worst of it and I can get this shit done ✅ I can’t wait to rejoin society in some way lol 😝 I can’t wait to feel fit and comfortable in my own skin again because at the moment I’m am so far away from loving my body😖 Anyway got to go back up to my ward stay fit, positive and optimistic lovelies

Today the weights felt heavy. The squats with 130 lbs felt more challenging than usual. I don't know when I should start using a belt and/or the knee sleeves. I don't ever want to injure myself so if I'm struggling I don't force my body, I take my time. Anyway, I think after this I'll just have a set sports bra & shorts to wear for progress pics.

My weight has not been exactly how I would like it to be so I'm having to change what I eat and how much. For those that know me know that I mean I need a lot of food!! Especially getting ready for my upcoming Spartan race! But the biggest reason is so that my body can have the fuel to fight of infections and bacteria. STAY HUNGRY everyone!” @ethancffightin Food is SOOOO important. If you’re not fueling your body correctly, your workouts are not going to do much for you. It’s when you combine a good training regimen with a good diet that you will notice the changes in your body, and your overall health.
