Forgive the shitty camera angle, usually I only post the best parts of my workout which we all do.
Today I got hit with massive calf cramp mid-set of some squats and almost I got trapped with 100kg+ on my back fortunately I am limited to box squats ATM with knee issues so I had something to set and push off but it was close.
We went back on Monday to finish last week's flat glass work on Bruce's house extension. White vinyl was applied over the top of our original Silver20 film to block intense light and match in with the surrounding frames on the roof section, not something we have been requested to do before but it looks really good!
Welp it’s been 3 days since I’ve had a burger and Apache killed it, as per usual!
My first 10/10 -
