The headphones died without warning at the very beginning of my workout. My portable charger isn’t holding a charge. But my shoulders are pumped and aching because I don’t need music to push me.💯 I have goals bigger than “conveniences”. And guess what? I met three people in the gym today and that was worth no music in my ears.☺️ I have no competition on the horizon—just building a better body for now. Doing what I love and what makes me truly happy. Exercise creates endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. And I like happy. 😊

All you need is coconut butter, a little monkfruit (or stevia!) and a pretty add-in of your choice. We love beet powder or Blue Majik. -
Recipe: melt a full container of coconut butter over low heat in a small sauce pan. Stir in your add-in until it’s your fave color, then add sweetener to taste. Let cool, then put it back in the original container. Use it on sprouted grain toast, smoothie bowls, ANYWHERE you need a boost of healthy fat to keep you feeling amazing 😘😘 tag us in your mermaid butter babes! -
