I hate ‘Instagram’ vs ‘reality’ posts but I thought I’d share this here because we all hide our flaws in a way. Stop feeling like a failure the next time you look at your body 🖤
I get comments about my body (I’m too in shape to intuitively eat, I must workout like crazy behind the scenes) but I’m naturally on the smaller size and do eat a lot. I have flaws but don’t let them overpower what I know my strengths are. The more I work on my body image/intuitive eating, it makes me realize a positive body image doesn’t mean your body is perfect but realizing there’s so many things bigger than your body. 🗯
