I’ve always taken for granted how close I live to the beach 🌊 I can literally walk from my house to the sand in like 10min...I’m so interest to know how many of you guys live a long distance from the coast? We took Charlie to get acupuncture today to help the tightness in her back! ☺️ (For those of you that weren’t following back in December, Charlie broke her back and was paralysed 😔 and had to have emergency surgery. We have done some great rehab with her to get her back walking and running over the last 8months! 💪🏼😬)...

Today’s BOOTY BURN! 🔥🔥🔥 (exercise 4 is my favourite!! 😍) We all love a good butt workout but did you know that having strong glutes can help improve your technique in running, squats, lunges, walking and pretty much every lower body exercise!! 😱 Strong glutes can also prevent overuse injuries like knees, lower back, hips, shin splints & ankles! 🙌🏼
Try 20 reps (each side) of exercise 1-4...have a 1min rest then repeat 💪🏼 *Make sure you switch ON your core and don’t let your lower back arch and over activate!!
Add these glute burners to the end of every workout you do and I promise you’ll notice the difference! 😉🍑 #bootyworkout #glutes
