Its time for motivation!! When was the last time you made yourself a promise and followed through?? I want you to do that this week, it can be something small like, “I’m gonna hot my calories today” or something big like “I’m gonna lose 15 lbs” or “I’m gonna finish this 6 week challenge STRONGER!!”
