The things I would do to him!! #Repost@tboy61915 with @get_repost
This trip to my hometown taught me that time really does help heal and over come things. I was invited to my cousins wedding and I saw many people from my extended family for the first time in over three years. I’m not going to lie I was scared to death...the last time they had saw me I looked and presented as female. My aunts and uncles and cousins all referred to me as he and we had so many good moments. Honestly my mind is still processing everything...three years later and I never thought I’d be writing these words. Thank you everyone for being on this journey with me. My immediate family is still having difficulties with me, but I saw them and that in itself is progress. Although I know things will never be the “same” I’m hopeful for a future where we ( my mom, dad, and brothers) can all be in the same room and reminisce about memories and create new ones. Sharing this stuff is very personal and vulnerable for me, but I feel it’s important to be open with you all because you are the family that has been with me every step of the way. Thank you and I love you guys.
Even with those hideous tatts, he could still get it!! #Repost@d_mrkd with @get_repost
