So amazing to have you join us in Kenya 🇰🇪 @skaijackson 💙🤗!
Last week I had one of the greatest experiences of my life--taking a trip to Kenya 🇰🇪 with my mom and other wonderful people. Spending time with the girls, the families and helping out in some of the villages (building walls at the college, fetching water) was such a humbling experience that will last with me forever ❤️
Thank you so much @wemovement@metowe !
Thank you @ryanbolton for some great photos.

DYK: One of the ways we activate our Opportunity Pillar in Kenya is through beekeeping?
Now, through a partnership with @parklandmfg every purchase of their backpack (made from recycled water bottles!) a donation is made to support WE’s opportunity pillar in Kenya.

I would follow this Maasai warrior anywhere.
Wilson Meikuaya has fought for equal rights for women, health care & educational opportunities for his community while still protecting the traditions of the Maasai culture. He is a modern day hero & I am honored to be able to call him my friend. His book #TheLastMaassiWarriors is a must read. #MetoWe
Thank you for all you do, @thathannahalper ! Your impact has been tremendous 🙌🙌🙌🙌. #Repost@thathannahalper ・・・
On this day two years ago, I was in #Kenya for the first time and did the water walk with Mama Jane. Everything came full circle when I did the water walk with her because I got to see why access to clean water is so important and the positive impact young change makers can have on places on the other side of the world. One of the first big actions I did in my journey was launching the WE Create Change campaign at my school, where my classmates and I collected 97, 500 pennies and provided access to clean water for 37 people for life. So as you can imagine, being in Kenya seeing the issue first hand was incredible. Mama Jane and I went and drew fresh clean water from the wells. One of the wells that my classmates and I collected all those pennies for. ❤️🇰🇪
