I know I often post pics on here of my #ostomy showing BUT today was the first time going out in front other people (other than my hubby) with my bag out. 👊🏽🙌🏽. It felt pretty nice 😊
It also helps that I have the best friends and family ever they are so supportive and encouraging. ❤️
Thank you @haileyabigaily for making my bag cover.

It has been years since I have posted a video of myself practicing yoga, that’s because it has been years since I have practiced yoga daily. Now a days my stomach issues only allow me to do some light yin yoga. Today I felt well enough to do a small flow, nothing fancy, the days of a fancy and advance yoga practice are long gone for me. I’m ok with that. I am just happy to be able to flow. My dear people, don’t take your health or yoga practice for granted. #bekindallthetime to your body it is the only one you get. .

.shoutout to my hubby for being my cheerleader @geraldsaluti
Sharing this post from my dear friend @bexlife because we all need to read this. Thank you @bexlife
It took me a long time to become someone who could ask for help, be vulnerable, say, “I’m not okay.” Past experiences had taught me that showing “weakness” was dangerous, so I decided to be the “strong” one instead. It turned out that playing “strong” was the most harmful thing I could do for myself. That’s why I try to be as transparent as possible... to show you that even when dealing with heartache, life is SO worth living. That there are tools and people that can help you see the light when your world feels unbearably dark.
To my sisters and brothers who feel the need to put on a brave face in spite of their pain, please know that you are not alone and you have a friend in me and a place in my community.
To everyone out there with the strong friend that you think never needs your help, please reach out to them and ask how they’re doing today. You could be saving their life. I love you.
New class up on @oneoeight.tv
It is a 30 minute strong flow for those who don’t have a whole 60-75 minutes a day to practice.
I hope you guys like it and if you are new to @oneoeight.tv use code YULADY to sign up. Link in bio

Thank you @wildheart_yoga for being the best yogi.
Good morning, friends.
The month of May is tricky for me. I gave birth to my first child @ashleenykyy on May 2, 1999, what a happy day. I first got sick from my colon issues on May 3rd, 2004, just 7 days after @geraldsaluti and I got married. That led to 9 months of the worst daily pain and years of multiple surgeries.
I was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel when on May 9, 2012 I found out I had breast cancer. It has been quiet a ride but May is still one of my favorite months. It comes with a lot of baggage and that’s ok. I chose to remember May as the most amazing month, the month when I became a mother for the first time, the month that the universe picked for me to reach deep inside of me and find the spirit to fight and become the woman I am today. Happy May! . .

Thank you for always lifting me up and believing in me when all I saw was darkness. You have made me a better woman a better mom and you don’t mind that I have no nipples and I poop in a bag 😂 Happy Anniversary! #thisis14yearsofmarriage
