There are no quick fixes for anything, especially not for getting rid of belly fat. And contrary to what the internet has taught you to believe, you can’t spot reduce fat in any area. There are a grand total of zero exercises that will specifically reduce belly fat. There are also no products that effectively work to reduce belly fat. Any fat burners, skinny teas, bulletproof coffee, waist trainers, or anything else the stupid diet industry can stir up will work to reduce belly fat
The only way is to create a calorie deficit - meaning you take in less calories than you consume. And even then, the fat leaves from whichever area it damn well pleases.
The good news is that you can get rid of any and all belly fat eventually, it will just take time, patience, and some hard fucking work.
