I used to think that I couldn’t do certain types of exercises.
That I was too big, that it would hurt my knees and back, that I wasn’t strong enough, or that I didn’t have the endurance to push through. .
This was a lie! .
We tell ourselves so many lies, so much crap that we actually begin to believe it 😔
I am hear to tell you that YOU,
YOU ARE CAPABLE OF HARD THINGS! *read that again*
You can do hard things!! .
Today is the perfect day to prove that to yourself.
If you have felt like me, fearful of what could happen if you try a program, I am hear to challenge you to push past that fear because you don’t have to do this alone!
