Sooo today has been an absolute shit show. I woke up 1.5hrs late, get to school and go to the gym for a bit. I get on the treadmill and guess who forgot she had asthma 🙋🏼‍♀️ and didn’t take her inhaler 🙃 so i had an asthma attack. then i get back on 🏃🏼‍♀️ and roll my ankle and nearly fall off but i caught myself ✌🏼so i give up and get off and then im doing box jumps and i tripped over the box and face planted into the wall 🤦🏼‍♀️ anyways I ended up cutting my workout short (maybe one day that won’t stress me out lol🙄) and go to class to get a midterm mark back that was pretty subpar 😰😭 all in all it’s only 1 o’clock and I’m very ready to go to sleep tonight

Primero, debes poner a congelar la fruta que prefieras, si es de un día para otro, mucho mejor, porque tiene que estar bien congelada, yo en este caso utilice banana o cambur🍌. Colocas la fruta en un procesador o licuadora con un poquito de yogurt griego o normal que este bien frío también, le agregas un poquito de stevia, edulcorante, miel o lo que prefieras (no es obligado) porque sin endulzarlo es igual de delicioso y tan tan🎶🙌🏻😉
