Accountability for Healthier choices (yesterday 11-17-18) Day 69 recap #myaplanet9. Day 15 of my Alkaline Vegan challenge #AlkalineVegan with intermittent fasting (1 daily meal). Yesterday my kids and I had wild rice with herbs/spices and sea salt. Along with the rice we had chopped Romaine hearts with chopped avocado on top. I made hummus for the first time, it was good. I pureed sesame seeds, hemp seeds, raw garlic cloves, chick peas, lemon juice and sea salt. We also had banana walnut cake. I used banana, coconut flour, coconut oil, unsweetened coconut flakes, Quinoa flour, ground flaxseed, garbanzo bean flour, walnuts, Cinnamon, distilled water, organic agave and maple syrup. We had Dragon fruit for the first time along with blueberries, red seedless grapes and plums. It was a great day. I really enjoyed dinner. This lifestyle of intermittent fasting is interesting. It is like a test of self discipline/self rule everyday and Thanksgiving every night. Thank God! I don't know how long I will continue with this schedule of eating but it does test the mind/body and has its rewards. No exercise save walking around with the kids.
