Win the morning, win the day: I’ve had numerous people reach out to me today and ask what that’s all about. So i’ll start off by saying I’m not a morning person.. like at all. I’ve tried to wake up early and not be late for work consistently and I could never do it. So I started studying successful people to see what their secrets were and implementing them in my life. I start off by waking up at 6:15 WITH A PURPOSE/REASON. If you just set your alarm earlier for no other reason than to wake up chances are it wont work.
My morning routine may look a little bit different than yours but I start off by making my bed, drinking 1 glass of water, 10 pushups (to activate your body), writing down 3 things I am grateful for, praying, scheduling my day and not attending to my phone until after breakfast. I also have my long term goals written down because if you look at them every single day and take action towards them they will begin to manifest in your life.
This has made a profound difference in how the rest of my day goes.
